I loved location and drinks of the hotel. The room I booked was cleaned and available with views to the mountains. A shower, hair dryers and bathrobes were very handy.

Didn't like the area, it was not so great.

I appreciated staff and location here. The attached restaurant was great with lots of meals in the menu.

Stuff and location were great, we loved that everything was fine.

Everything was good, and it had free wi-fi. Booked a room with marvellous views of mountain.

Our stay there was really great! The hotel was simple and fabulous with exceptional location near the river/covered bridges and sightseeing and ferry terminal. We loved our room that was cleaned and available with a balcony, mini bar incl plus the shower.

What I loved was my non-smoking room with outstanding breakfast.

I came here for 1 night and had a very good stay. It was reasonably clean, and I loved excellent staff and location. The restaurant was good for dinner here, I had excellent dishes...

Little hotel, we liked the polite staff and luxury room.

Everything was simply great. The room was warm and attractive with a very comfy bed, we stayed in all day.

The hotel was an ideal place for enjoying a great area, very close to sightseeing and ferry terminal and train station. Though some of the staff were not so helpful, I had a fabulous stay.

Perfect place for short stay. Room was lovely, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, breakfast was excellent. Very central setting of the hotel. A baroque church was also very close to the venue. I appreciated hotel's attached restaurant.

a pleasant hotel in lucerne. loved location and staff, incredible beds, the venue itself was spotless. i booked a nice bedroom. the bathroom was large. a magnificent stay with a clean swimming pool. a wonderful beach, stunning view.

Location and staff were in general very good. The room was large with very comfy beds. Best possible location with a train station minutes away from the hotel.

Best old town hotel we ever visited before now. Beautiful rooms and supper friendly staff - we loved it. The location was very central, really close to the river, train station. Modern lobby.

Perfect breakfast with lots of options, fairly decent and spotless place. An easy walk to the good beach. And it was walk from a train station.

Also, the hotel was just a pleasant stroll away from a covered wooden footbridge. Modern interior, amazing restaurant. It was an excellent stay.

Consistently courteous staff and super beds, wonderful setting. The hotel was perfectly situated. Generally everything was excellent, though the bathroom was very tiny. The breakfast was incredible, I tried appetising bangers, fresh fruit, breads, cheese and eggs.

It was so clean, staff were very kind. The breakfast was varied and offered plenty of delicious food. We appreciated our deluxe double room. Very central location, just a short stroll away from a historic Gothic church.

I liked this efficient hotel. I slept so comfy in the comfy bed. The location was peaceful, not too far from chateau guetsch. Food in the attached restaurant was good. Friendly service was provided too.

The bathroom was very dark.

I had a great stay at this such friendly hotel. The venue was pretty clean, the rooms were normal with good enough views. The buffet breakfast had plenty of delicacies and was nice hot. The bkfast staff was perfect throughout.

Bed was comfortable, and the staff were loyal. The room had its own sunny balcony. It was very close to Lake Lucerne. Would recommend this designer hotel, and would stay here again.

Bistro du theatre is just a walk down to the hotel. The property was really close to Lucerne train station.
